Here are our concerns for the Grand Theatre Box Office. How does this affect the box office computers directly (see 5)? Our ticketing software that we use to sell tickets is all web based and accessed through a web browser. We also have desktop computers for our box office manager and accountant that need to be able to log in to run reports, but they obviously have web browsers on their machines. How will this affect VBO (our web based ticketing software and Authorize.net (see 18). How much extra training is needed to comply and does background checks apply to all of us who have access to it (see 22)? Most of our box office staff are students. Will OIT work with us since our needs are quite different from most departments? I assume that Athletics would have many of the same concerns that we do.
