Your transcript is a copy of your official academic record at SLCC. It shows all credit courses you’ve taken at SLCC and includes your grades and GPA. If you need help understanding your transcript, view the Transcript Key (PDF).
Ordering Official Transcripts
Request Transcripts Online
Online transcript orders are requested through the National Student Clearinghouse, providing convenience and security. Electronic transcript delivery is $9.00. All standard mailed transcript orders are $11.75. Rush processing requires an additional fee. All fees are non-refundable once the transcript has processed.
Delivery Options:

- Mail (sent via USPS) available for all transcripts, delivery time varies. Please visit USPS Website for additional information.

- Electronic Exchange (sent to participating institutions)
Processing Times:
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing of mailed transcripts (including rush processing). More time may be required during peak ordering periods, college closures and holidays.
- Electronic transcripts generally transmit within 24 hours.
- Transcript requests with special instructions, require attachments, or are older than 1990 may require research and could delay the transcript order.
Request Transcripts In-Person
Transcripts requests can be made in person for immediate pick up only at the Taylorsville Redwood, South City, Jordan, Larry H Miller, Library Square, Westpointe, and West Valley campuses. Transcripts are issued with student’s name & mailing address. Transcripts needing to be mailed must be ordered online.
- Visit Cashiers Services at one of the campuses listed and complete a Transcript Request form and pay the required fee.
- Bring completed Transcript Request form to the Office of the Registrar & Academic Records (Redwood Campus) or Enrollment Services (all other campuses) with a photo ID.
If you want your parents or another person to pick up your transcripts, you will need to complete the Student Consent for Release of Records (PDF).
Unofficial Transcripts
Salt Lake Community College does not issue unofficial transcripts. Current students can view unofficial transcripts online:
- Log in to MySLCC
- Select Academics or search Transcript
- Select the Graduation & Transcript Card
- Select Display Transcripts
- Select the Transcript Level and Type, and click Submit
If you are not a current student, you may come in person with a government issued ID to obtain a copy of your unofficial transcripts at these locations: Taylorsville Redwood, South City, Jordan, Larry H Miller, and West Valley. Otherwise, you will need to order an official transcript online. See above for information on ordering official transcripts.
WORKFORCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRANSCRIPTS
Unofficial transcripts for Workforce Training or Continuing Education classes taken in August 2022 or later, can be found by logging into your registration portal, https://www.enrole.com/slcc/jsp/. Your unofficial transcript can be found under your order history. Unofficial transcripts for classes taken prior to August 2022 can be found on your MySLCC page. SALT LAKE TECHNICAL COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT
Salt Lake Technical College students should request transcripts through the traditional process (see Ordering Official Transcripts). For Skills Center transcripts - ONLY Skills Center classes taken prior to 2002 - please e-mail the transcript request to sltcrecords@slcc.edu.
GED TRANSCRIPT OR DIPLOMA
If you’ve obtained a GED and want a copy of your GED transcript or diploma, visit the GED Testing Services website and select Request Transcript at the top. Call 888-906-4031 for more information.
HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS
Official, electronic high school transcripts should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar & Academic Records at HighSchoolTranscripts@slcc.edu
Interstate Passport
SLCC participates in the Interstate Passport Initiative in which a block of lower-division general education classes is accepted between institutions and noted on your transcript for articulation purposes. SLCC issues the Passport upon completion of the General Education Certificate of Completion with a C or better in all courses. SLCC’s General Education requirements are met (except for American Institutions, which is a requirement mandated by the Utah state legislature) for in-coming students who have earned a Passport elsewhere.
