Conduct a successful year of environmental scanning in preparation for a robust strategic planning process; produce a strategic planning website and other media that lays the foundation for future strategic planning work; better incorporate voices across campus. |

Prepare the response to recommendations 3-5; host any follow-up visits; submit substantive change requests. |

Solidify the talent management and retention approach; establish salary benchmarks and approach. |
Data Governance |
Implement new policy, expand scope and improve data literacy and data management processes. Articulate clear process for assigning stewardship, develop follow-up and accountability processes. |
Mission Fulfillment |
Begin new mission fulfillment assessment cycle, integrate learning outcomes assessment and instructional program review. |

Expand capacity to report on socioeconomic status, job placement, and race/ethnicity. |
