SLCC360 is an annual college-wide event where we come together to learn and connect. This year’s theme is Cross-College Collaboration and the Future of SLCC. In the morning, we’ll focus on finalizing the Merak Star work by exploring key differentiators SLCC might pursue to attract, engage, and better serve students and employees. Beginning at 9:30am, President Huftalin will host the plenary session to set the stage for interactive discussions facilitated by members of the Executive Cabinet on topics such as access, retention, belonging, learning, and equity.

In the afternoon, you will have a variety of professional development sessions to choose from based around the practice of cross-college collaboration. You can focus on practical skills such as learning outcomes assessment, how to more effectively utilize Teams, and conflict resolution. You can also attend sessions to gain a better understanding of performance funding metrics, our HSI status, and the presidential search.

For early risers, we will provide a continental breakfast prior to the plenary. In addition, we will host a pre-plenary welcome session for employees new to SLCC to explain the purpose of 360 – including swag and a special appearance by the president! As always, lunch will be provided.
