C.A.L.M Mini-Retreat: Non-Violent Social Change

Multipurpose Room

The SLCC Center for Authentic Leadership & Mindfulness (CALM) is offering a retreat focused on Martin Luther King's principles of non-violence. Join us for an afternoon of introspect and reflection with facilitators Elisa Stone & Marian Howe-Taylor.

This event is free, but registration is required, with limited spots available.

Beloved Community Photography Exhibit Reception

Exhibit Dates - Jan. 29 – Feb. 23, 2024

The 2023-2024 Beloved Community Photography Project provided photography equipment and instruction by Salt Lake Community College faculty members to students from Whittier Elementary and Glendale Middle School to showcase through artwork their own beloved connections with their communities.


Songs of Love & Hope Concert

Songs of Love & Hope, featuring soloist Dee Dee Darby-Duffin with SLCC Chamber Singers, is a celebration of songs made popular during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960’s & 1970’s.
