– Jessie Tembo, SLCC Student

"Don't be afraid to ask for help. It is so encouraged at this school. Help finding your classes, help looking for a major, even help finding a part-time job that will work with your school schedule. There are so many resources here, I learn something new about the school all the time."

– Ashley Kaaihue, SLCC Student

SLCC Student
"One of the biggest reasons I dropped out was because I didn't think I could afford to finish my degree. But luckily, I was eligible for SLCC Promise and was closer to graduating than I had originally thought. This motivated me to finally finish what I started."

– Zachary McCray, SLCC Student

SLCC Student
"If you focus on your studies, you will go far, but if you decide to get involved in campus activities while taking your classes, that will carry you farther."

– Rosillah Nalule, SLCC Student
