Statement: I chose this photo of a beautiful river, reflecting the angelic light of the sun, surrounded by majestic oak trees that will soon sprout delicate leaves, which belies the fact that nature is more significant than any form of technology. Utah may not have much neon as cities like Los Angeles, and it might not be as colorful as Vegas, but its nature is second to none. We hide in our houses, staring at our phones, not appreciating the beauty of nature, taking it for granted.
