Teacher SLCC OneCard

CE Students and CE instructors qualify to receive a SLCC OneCard which they can use to access the SLCC library, access SLCC workout facilities in the Lifetime Activities Center, add money to use it as a debit card on campus for printing and other services, and to purchase discount tickets to SLCC events.

For teachers to obtain a OneCard the SLCC CE Office fills out the “Adjunct Faculty” Form at http://www.slcc.edu/onecard/forms.aspx. The teacher then stops by the CE office, picks up the form and takes that to a OneCard kiosk. The CE office mirrors the practice of most SLCC departments. We will pay for the first card, replacement cards however are the responsibility of the adjunct faculty member. 

Students may obtain a OneCard by visiting one of the SLCC ID Centers located at SLCC Taylorsville/Redwood, Jordan, South City or Sandy Campuses. They must be registered in an SLCC Concurrent Enrollment Course at the time they obtain their ID card. Proper photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport will be required to obtain the OneCard.
