Our Composites Technician program offers seven distinct microcredentials, each focused on a specialized skill set within the composites manufacturing industry. These microcredentials are designed to be stackable, self-paced, and industry relevant.

The Composites Technician Program offers hands-on training in advanced composite materials, focusing on carbon fiber reinforced epoxy systems used in aerospace, automotive, and sporting goods manufacturing. With 70% of instruction in the lab, students learn composite fabrication techniques including pre-preg layup, wet layup, resin infusion, and filament winding. Safety practices such as chemical handling and FOD prevention are emphasized throughout. Graduates are prepared for careers in composite manufacturing and high-performance materials industries.
