What We Do
Student Publications
Archives
The Physical Archives holds student publications from the College, including student newspapers, literary publications, and works from the Writing Center. These collections document student life and activity on campus, as well as providing a view of students' attitudes towards certain subjects, concerns, and creativity.

Nelson's Papers
Archives
Jay L. Nelson was the second president of the College, serving in that capacity from 1949-1978. During his tenure as president, he kept meticulous notes on the operations of the College, and upon his retirement in 1978, used those notes to write a history of the College entitled The First Thirty Years. Nelson's notes and writings are excellent resources for those wishing to study the early years of the College, especially its administrative efforts.
IR Collections:
Photographs
Archives
The Physical Archives is home to thousands of photographs, which document the College, its facilities, its personnel, and student life from the early days of the College up to the present. While a large number of these photographs have been digitized and are available on the IR, there are many more which have not been digitized yet.
