Rudaviro Dzenga
Peer Mentor
Major: Radiologic Technology
Heyyy! My name is Rudaviro Dzenga (she, her, hers) and I am a Jordan Bruin Scholars Peer Mentor. I was born and raised in Zimbabwe and later came to the United States to pursue my education in Radiologic Technology. As an international student, I have and still face challenges but also discovered strength in resilience and community. That’s why I’m here, to remind you that you belong and your journey matters. I love reading, writing, and connecting with others. One of my favorite Shona sayings is “Rume rimwe harikombi churu” (One person alone cannot surround an anthill), because together we rise higher.
I believe helping others shine does not dim your own light—it makes the whole room brighter, so I’d be delighted to help you. Reach out!!
