Our team has the ability to create or tailor trainings to meet your specific business needs.
This funding solution is designed for both well-established, entrepreneurial businesses and growing companies. Custom Fit’s goal is to help organizations grow, train and retain an efficient and productive employee base. These funds are available for trainings at every level, from team members to executives.

Companies must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- LOCATION: Company is located in Salt Lake County
- FOR-PROFIT: Business can be of ANY size
- LICENSED: Have a valid State of Utah Business License
- W2/W4: Training participants are current W2/W4 employees

THE 7 STEP PROCESS
- Complete the Company Information (for new companies only) and the Training Request Forms
- We will review and confirm qualification for Custom Fit funding as applicable
- We will work with the Company to determine the best training solution
- A training agreement is drafted to include cost, participants information, and training details
- Training is delivered
- Coordinator follows-up with an evaluation and invoicing
- SLCC will send surveys for company completion to capture benefits of Custom Fit funded training
