Credentials
My undergraduate work was completed at Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications (1987). In 2003 I attended The Culinary Institute of Alain and Marie Lenôtre in Houston, TX, and received classic French pastry chef training certifications as a Chef de Boulanger Pâtissier. In 2021 I completed a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University.
