SLCC Alumni Engage & Learn Series

Bruin Pantry Tour and Service Project
Join us on Thursday, April 30, for the first event in the SLCC Alumni Engage & Learn Series! Attendees will enjoy a guided tour of the Taylorsville Redwood Campus Bruin Pantry, one of the college’s essential resources providing supplemental food assistance to students, faculty, and staff experiencing food insecurity.
During the event, we will learn how Student Support Services operate day to day beyond the classroom. Campus partners will share what food insecurity can look like and how the Bruin Pantries help individuals in need. We will also participate in a service project by assembling “to-go” food kits for those the Bruin Pantries serve.
Please RSVP as space is limited to ensure a respectful and informative experience.
