Accessibility Checker

Once the document is formatted, the Accessibility Checker is used to double-check for accessibility issues. To check for accessibility issues:

  1. Save the document.
  2. In the File tab, select the Info link and click on the Check for Issues button.
  3. Click the Check Accessibility option (Figure 7).
  4. Any issues will appear on the right side of the document.
  5. Click on an issue and read the information on how to correct it.
  6. As each item is fixed, the list will get shorter.
  7. Save the document.
