Accessibility Checker
Once the document is formatted, the Accessibility Checker is used to double-check for accessibility issues. To check for accessibility issues:
- Save the document.
- In the File tab, select the Info link and click on the Check for Issues button.
- Click the Check Accessibility option (Figure 7).
- Any issues will appear on the right side of the document.
- Click on an issue and read the information on how to correct it.
- As each item is fixed, the list will get shorter.
- Save the document.
