Outstanding Staff Awards
The SLCC Staff Association Outstanding Staff Awards are given each year to recognize the remarkable contributions of staff employees who go above and beyond their job duties while pursing the College's strategic priorities. Employees are nominated by their teammates and others at the College. Winners are selected by a standing committee set up by the Staff Association Executive Board.

- Employees are not eligible to win within the same 5 years.
