Before scheduling an appointment or visiting us during our walk-ins hours, please print and review the Admissions Criteria PDF for the HIT Associate of Applied Science degree or the HIT Certificate of Completion.

Prepare for Your Advising Session

  1. Apply to SLCC.
  2. Bring your Accuplacer placement test or current ACT/SAT test scores (if MATH and ENGL coursework have not been transferred to SLCC).
  3. Please review the HIT Associate of Applied Science PDF or HIT Certificate of Completion PDF.
  4. Review the HIT Certificate of Completion Catalog page or the HIT Associate of Applied Science Catalog page.
  5. Bring a government-issued photo ID.
  6. Prepare a list of questions for us to go over.

Be Advised:

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled. Please be on time.
  • There is no free parking at the Jordan Campus. A day parking pass may be purchased at the courtesy desk.
  • Our appointment times fill up quickly. Please plan ahead.
