Strategic planning
The Office of Strategic Analysis & Accreditation leads and facilitates the college’s strategic planning efforts. Strategic planning is a comprehensive process that involves setting long-term goals and objectives to ensure success and relevance in a dynamic and complex environment. This approach entails analyzing internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats, then developing strategies that align with the institution's mission and vision. By engaging in strategic planning, we can adapt to changing educational landscapes, anticipate future challenges, and effectively position ourselves to engage and support our students in educational pathways leading to successful transfer and meaningful employment.
Academic year 2023-24 is a planning year, and SAA will be building on the findings of the Merak Star committee to formulate new institutional goals, strategies to achieve them, and metrics to gauge our progress.
