Walmart will still need to come through the Central Receiving process, they are still accountable purchases that need to come here for the safety of all our students, staff, and faculty. |

Does this policy affect Wal-Mart deliveries?
No changes have been made to the policy in response to this comment. Walmart will still need to come through the Central Receiving process; they are delivering accountable purchases that need to come to Central Receiving for the safety of all our students, staff, and faculty.
Under Section 4 Subsection C can we also state that Receiving will need the appropriate billing index for outbound shipments?
Revision accepted. Section 4.C.4.b now reads, “Provide the complete street address of the recipient and the appropriate billing index for outbound shipments.”
