Zumba: A fun fusion of Latin and International music that combines Latin/international rhythms with dance and aerobic moves.
Power Pump: This is a group fitness strength and conditioning class that uses a wide variety of equipment.
Metabolic Circuit: Rev your metabolism with cardio and strength moves.
Yoga: A Zen filled hour of yoga to energize you for the rest of the day.
Cycling – A high energy, low impact group aerobic workout on spin (stationary) bikes, set to music.
Core Pilates Barre – A variable, fun mix of Pilates, ballet inspired exercises, yoga, and strength exercises in one great workout.
Kickboxing - This is a fun, stress relieving group workout class combining techniques of boxing and martial arts.
