Zumba: A fun fusion of Latin and International music that combines Latin/international rhythms with dance and aerobic moves for a fun cardiovascular workout.

Power Pump: This is a group fitness strength and conditioning class that uses a wide variety of equipment from barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, BOSU athletic trainers, disks etc. to increase muscular strength and muscular endurance. Students will use the equipment provided to set up their own “workout space” where they will be led together by an instructor in a weight training workout. Attention will be given to proper form, variety and different methods of muscular strength and muscular conditioning.

Yoga: A Zen filled hour of yoga to energize you for the rest of the day.

Indoor Cycling: A high energy, low impact group aerobic workout on spin (stationary) bikes, set to music. Participants will learn the proper guidelines to monitor target heart rate and personal training zones. Students will develop cardiovascular endurance.

Kickboxing: This is a fun, stress relieving group workout class combining techniques of boxing and martial arts. This class will develop cardiovascular endurance and improve muscular strength.
