Faculty FAQ
You can find all our articulation agreements, organized by program, on the Articulation SharePoint.
Please contact the Articulation Coordinator, Nicole Stott Nicole.stott@slcc.edu.
We have a checklist that can help you through the process, as well as templates and contact information for all state public colleges, and universities, and Westminster College.
If your school has articulation that is not in the articulation library, that will need to go through review and be signed before adding it into the library. Until this process is completed, we can share course-to-course transfer plan and encourage the students/advisors to use additional tools.
Example of the transfer tools:
- Utah Higher Ed for all USHE schools and U of U Transferology -These will be in place vs. Transfer Plan.
- SLCC Transfer Center webpage: Student Section, Faculty Section and the Advisor Section.
Yes. Please redirect them to our site.
Transfer articulation will be monitoring and updating articulation on-going, yearly review to update agreements as needed.
We have had random quality review and check finding non-existent agreements. They are only official agreements if stored on our website, signed by both institutions, and less than 5 years old.
New GE requirements will not go into effect until Fall 2025. All agreements need to be based on the current published catalog. We want to complete agreements now to assist all students in the current catalog year.
Articulation will need to be updated if there is a notable change in programs.
Yes, please start using the templates provided. We are also excited to assist you and work on the template and the transfer plans.
Remember, our department will send out the agreements for electronic signature to all the signees at SLCC and the university partners.
