Faculty FAQ

You can find all our articulation agreements, organized by program, on the Articulation SharePoint.

We have a checklist that can help you through the process, as well as templates and contact information for all state public colleges, and universities, and Westminster College.

If your school has articulation that is not in the articulation library, that will need to go through review and be signed before adding it into the library. Until this process is completed, we can share course-to-course transfer plan and encourage the students/advisors to use additional tools.

Example of the transfer tools:

Yes, Transfer Articulation section of the catalog is going to link the students to the Transfer Center webpage, directly to Student Resources -Transfer Schools & Plans.
The “Plan of Study” or “Graduation Map” will remain in the catalog.

Yes. Please redirect them to our site.

Transfer articulation will be monitoring and updating articulation on-going, yearly review to update agreements as needed.

We have had random quality review and check finding non-existent agreements. They are only official agreements if stored on our website, signed by both institutions, and less than 5 years old.

We need the legal agreements. The Transfer Articulation Office has been asked to maintain articulation agreements.

New GE requirements will not go into effect until Fall 2025. All agreements need to be based on the current published catalog. We want to complete agreements now to assist all students in the current catalog year.

Articulation will need to be updated if there is a notable change in programs.

Yes, please start using the templates provided. We are also excited to assist you and work on the template and the transfer plans.

Remember, our department will send out the agreements for electronic signature to all the signees at SLCC and the university partners.

Emili Nelson will be working with your administrative assistance to schedule articulation meetings with Nicole and I starting the week of May 20, 2024 -July 31, 2024. Nicole will be working on course alignment April -May to be sure that we have all renewal and articulation for each school. She will put together transfer plans using our catalog, majors' grids, Academy One, catalog graduation maps, and Transferology for the UU.
