Academic Warning (P1)
Students whose Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) falls below 2.0 will be placed on academic warning. A notice will be sent to students whose CGPA has fallen below 2.0, explaining that they are being placed on academic warning and the process they should complete to find resources for returning to Good Academic Standing.
If a student is placed on academic warning, the following actions should be completed to connect them to relevant SLCC resources:
- Call or visit a SEEA coordinator today!
Student Success Coordinators direct students to resources to help improve their GPA which may include workshops on time management, submitting appeals, or connecting them to an SLCC department that has resources specific to their situation.
