Early in his career, Rick Graham worked as a storyboard artist for Saturday Morning TV at an animation studio in Salt Lake City, as a courtroom sketch artist for local TV stations, and as an illustrator for several magazines. After eight years in the animation field, he accepted a full-time position at SLCC as an instructor specializing in life drawing. After nearly 40 years, he retired from teaching in 2023. Rick earned his Master of Fine Arts degree at the University of Utah, and his work is included in the prestigious permanent collection of the Springville Art Museum.
