If you would like information about your student account by phone, we recommend creating a FERPA Proxy. This allows our office to confirm your identity through a secure password. Provide your Student ID number and password to access your student information when you call. If you are calling on behalf of a student, you are required to provide the password from the Proxy form submitted by the student. Without this password we are unable to release information per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
