Need additional support with campus resources but don't know who to ask or where to start?

You can quickly "Raise Your Hand" to ask a general question about SLCC's processes or services from your main menu on MySuccess. It will send your request to a dedicated staff member, who can then refer you in the right direction or answer your question within less than 24 hours.

Instructions

• Log in through your MySLCC Portal,
• Locate and click on MySuccess Login
• On your MySuccess Dashboard, click on the "Raise Your Hand" Button
• Fill out Hand Raise form with General Question selected
