HOW TO REGISTER
The Medical Coding Core for the Health Care Professional Certificate prepares students to become a nationally certified medical coder. The program will cover ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS courses in preparation for the AAPC and/or AHIMA national certification exams.
Certificate of Achievement: 350 Hours
Short Term Intensive Training (STIT) funding pays up to 50% of training costs for multiple programs leading to high-demand careers. To apply for funding, complete the STIT application to determine your eligibility. Funding is based on Utah Residency. If approved you will receive instructions to register for the program you selected.
