Pursue a Theatre Major at Salt Lake Community College!

Students can obtain an AS degree in Theatre in the Acting or Technical Theatre track.

Whether you want a career on stage, in the classroom, or you want to work behind the scenes of theatre productions, take the first step and get your degree at SLCC! We offer an A.S. degree in Theatre focusing in Acting or Technical Theatre, with additional opportunities in Costume Design and Theatre Education. Opportunities for courses and involvement in productions are available to both majors and non-majors. SLCC Theatre Department produces three main stage shows and one department theatre festival each season and works with area theatre organizations to connect students with internship and work opportunities.
