Full Course Exam Request

When submitting exam submissions, please review your submissions for accuracy when you are notified that exams have been processed. Doing so helps us make modifications in a timely manner. The Testing Service may be unable to make modifications after a large number of exams have been prepared for appointments scheduled.

Testing Services understands receiving and grading exams promptly is important. As we work hard to ensure all exams are accounted for, we ask for your patience. Please allow Testing Services to reconcile exams accordingly. Please do not request early or immediate pick-up. Faculty may arrange for their administrative office within their department to pick up exams. No other faculty are allowed to pick up on other faculty’s behalf. Valid ID, such as a physical Passport, SLCC OneCard, Driver License/ID is required at the time of pick up for exams.

Please ensure when submitting exam submissions to indicate any pertinent exam instructions thoroughly. Exam instructions for 3x5 note cards, notes, etc., please indicate in the 'Additional Information' field if you require notes to be handwritten or have any other requests for note content. We must obtain such information as notes can vary in instruction and information. If your student is allowed any memory aids, please submit them to Testing Services in a PDF format that can be printed to be provided to your student(s). Testing Services needs to have note instructions to ensure students use the proper notes faculty expect to be used.
