Air Travel
It is highly recommended that travelers book their own air travel using Lightning. Lightning is a software program utilized by our travel agency to allow travelers to book their own travel.
To book travel for guests (e.g., speakers or candidates), contact CTP. If you regularly need to book for guests, you can request guest booking access on Lightning by sending an email to Brandon Thomas.
To book travel for a student group, you must contact CTP Group Travel. See Student Group Travel.

It is highly recommended that travelers utilize Lightning to book their own air travel. A traveler can assign a Travel Arranger to book travel on their behalf (e.g., administrative assistant).
Before you can book using Lightning, you will need to complete your profile. Instructions can be found on the left side of the CTM Portal.

You will need the following information when you contact CTP:
- Full Name as it appears on your ID:
- Birthday:
- Cell phone number:
- Frequent Flyer Number, if applicable:
- Departure date:
- Departure time:
- Flight number, if applicable:
- Return date:
- Departure time:
- Flight number, if applicable:
