International Travel

All international travel, except study abroad and faculty exchange, requires the following:

• Acceptance of the Statement of Responsibility, Assumption of Risk, and Terms and Conditions. This is done through Chrome River.
• Completion of the Health and Wellness Form. The completed form must be attached to the pre-approval in Chrome River
• VP Approval. This will be obtained through Chrome River.

All international flights must be booked through the Travel Specialist or our contracted travel agency.

Study Abroad and Faculty Exchange must be arranged through Engaged Learning Office.
