Student Permits
You can buy and manage your parking permit through MySLCC. After logging in, open the Parking tile to enter the Parking Services portal. From there you can review your vehicles, buy a permit, make changes, or pay citations.
Buying a Permit
- Log in to MySLCC.
- Open the Parking tile to enter the Parking Services portal.
- Select Buy Permit.
- Choose the permit you want to purchase.
- Review and agree to the Parking Services rules and regulations when prompted. You must complete this step before moving to checkout.
- Select the vehicles you want linked to your permit or add a new vehicle.
- Enter payment information to finish the purchase. A confirmation message will appear when the transaction is complete.
Managing Vehicles
You can add or remove vehicles at any time in the Parking Services portal. Students can have up to two license plates assigned to their permit. Vehicle state and plate number must be exact.
To add a vehicle, have the following information ready:
- Vehicle type
- State
- License plate number
- Style
- Color
Vehicles left unchecked during the purchase process are not added to the permit, but you can add them later.
Important: Only one vehicle connected to a permit may be parked on campus at the same time. If two vehicles tied to the same permit are found parked within the same day, both will receive a citation. Student permits are valid to park in Yellow Lined Stalls only.

Annual Permit
$45.00
Valid from the date of purchase through August 31.
Semester Permit
$23.00
Valid for the length of the semester. Exact dates follow the academic calendar.
Permit Rules
- Update your vehicle information if you change vehicles, switch plates, or temporarily drive another car.
- License plates must be clearly visible from the driving lane. Plates blocked by objects or placed on the dashboard are not allowed.
- Permits are transferable between vehicles you personally use, but they cannot be transferred to another person.
