Basic Needs
The purpose of this program is to support students that may not have equitable access to basic needs such as but not limited to nutritious food, stable housing and access to adequate technology. When basic needs are not consistently met, a student’s ability to concentrate on school may become less of a priority. Basic Needs insecurity can affect class attendance, grades, social interactions, the ability to continue with or finish a degree, as well as other health and wellness impacts. We strive to connect students with campus and community resources that address the challenges they might be facing.
