Cost: The cost covers the ASCM APICS CPIM Learning System, 12 months of Learning System on-line access, texts, a student slide book, the CPIM certification examination and a second-chance CPIM examination (if needed), hosting at Salt Lake Community College, and professional APICS CPIM IDP certified instruction. Member Cost: $2950.00 Non-member $3150.00. An ASCM Plus Membership is required for participants planning on taking the ASCM CPIM examination.

Course: The instructor led course will be broken down into eight modules with a focus on strategic, tactical and operational planning. The first night will involve a discussion on operations management and metrics.

The CPIM Learning System and CPIM Certification preparation course will be broken down into eight (8) modules, namely:

Module 2: Sales and Operations Planning, Module

Module 3: Demand

Module 4: Supply

Module 5: Detailed Schedules

Module 6: Inventory

Module 7: Distribution

Module 8: Quality, Technology and Continuous Improvement
