NexStep Leader workshops are held at our Westpointe Campus. Each full-day session includes lunch to ensure a seamless and productive day of training. Eligible participants may qualify for Custom Fit funding, enhancing accessibility and affordability. Project Management Fundamentals

This training provides practical tools and foundational techniques to help participants organize work, coordinate people, manage uncertainty, and drive successful outcomes. Participants will explore how projects are planned and executed, how organizational change influences project success, and how to effectively engage the individuals affected by project decisions. Designed for those who manage projects as part of their role, this session builds the confidence and skills needed to lead initiatives with greater structure, clarity, and impact.

Leading with a Coach Approach

This full-day workshop equips leaders with practical coaching tools to support employee growth and improve performance. Participants learn to use the COACH model to guide meaningful conversations, ask effective questions, and provide clear, constructive feedback. Through hands-on practice, leaders strengthen trust and build confidence in their day-to-day coaching interactions.
