Internship
Internships are typically short-term work experiences that differ from part-time job or volunteer experiences in that an internship is designed for students to explore various career fields and to increase their knowledge and skills. Internships provide students opportunities to collaborate with and receive mentorship by professionals, gain hands-on experience in a particular program of study, and contribute to projects and initiatives.
Through the SLCC Campus Internship Program, students earn $15 per hour working 20 hours/week on campus. Students get valuable mentorship from supervisors and gain skills and experiences that will benefit the rest of their academic and professional career. Learn more and apply here.
