The purpose of Academic Advising at Salt Lake Community College is to help current students identify their educational goals, advise students about their program of study, and to create academic plans for successful completion.

We’re excited to meet with you! The quickest way for you to be able to register for classes is to follow the steps below. (These steps are also listed in your Semester Checklist in MySLCC).
Step 1: Apply to SLCC
Step 2: Complete Orientation
Step 3: Take a Math or English Placement Exam, Submit ACT/SAT Test Scores, or Submit and Evaluate Transcripts from another institution
Step 4: Make an Appointment with Your Academic Advisor
Option 1: Login to your MySLCC Experience account and go to the MySuccess card
